Creating awareness and promoting the usage of the Rotavapor® equipment in bars and restaurants through influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC).
Goal
The goal of the project was to overcome the challenge of limited knowledge and application of Rotavapor® a high-end product initially developed for scientific purposes, within the kitchen and bar industry. The objective was to generate knowledge about the equipment's potential in culinary settings and share this knowledge with a broader audience on social media, ultimately driving increased sales in the target market.
Solution
To establish a strong knowledge base and showcase the practical usage of Rotavapor in bars and restaurants, we carefully selected and shortlisted content creators who were already utilizing the product in their respective environments. Collaborations were initiated by reaching out to the most suitable candidates, proposing mutually beneficial partnerships. The primary focus of these collaborations was to share expertise and educate the audience about the benefits and applications of the equipment within the culinary industry. Deliverables and a comprehensive content calendar were established with the creators, encompassing activities such as live Q&A sessions, recipe development, tips and tricks sharing, and static posts, among others.
Results
The campaign yielded tremendous success, exceeding expectations. Through the collaborations, the @buchi.distillationlab Instagram account grew to 11,000 followers, generating over 800,000 impressions on the content shared. The campaign's impact was not only limited to increased social media metrics but also translated into tangible results, with sales doubling in the target market. This successful influencer marketing and UGC strategy effectively conveyed the knowledge and application of Rotavapor within the kitchen and bar industry, resulting in heightened brand awareness and enhanced sales performance.
